Too lazy to say goodbye

I think I missed my chance to say goodbye to AT this morning. Mom and Dad woke me up at 4am and asked if I wanted to come out of my condo. It was dark out and I was comfortable so I rolled one eye at them and stayed in the crate. They went downstairs and all of a sudden I heard AT say "Goodbye Mecki". I realized that he was leaving, cause yesterday I saw suitcases on the floor! I felt bad that I hadn't gotten up to say goodbye. Mom and Dad should give me a heads up! Mom and Dad came home but instead of comforting me or playing with me, they grabbed me and squirted more nasty cold stuff in my ears! Then they went away. So I am a very sad pup today.
